Today I didn't get much time to research Panama with Andrew. So we split up the work and on Friday we will have all of the research done, and we can just add it to a powerpoint.
I researched information about key figures that contributed to the independence movement in Panama. I also found information about the government.
Key figures:
Omar Torrijos- Military leader in World War II and head of government
Manuel Noriega- Military leader after Torrijos died, took over civil government
