Today was a strange day. I only went to school for 3 hours because we were filming our interview for the Border Project and I had to leave early for a volleyball game.
I did some research on buffering capacity and why it matters for water quality testing.
Buffering capacity is the ability of water to maintain a steady pH. It is controlled by the amount of carbonate ions in the water.
This matters for water quality testing because in order for someone to try and change the pH, the buffering capacity can mess it up depending on how strong it is.
